Ministries are ways you can get involved in finding your purpose at church. Not only does it glorify God by using your uniquely gift to serve but you will connect with church as a family to better help the church function to it's full potential. There are many ministries that you can get involved with, which we would love your help in every roll big or small.

Breakthrough Youth

Remember an adult who gave you direction? Courage? Hope? Clarity?

Teens are in a foundational time in their life.  It is in these vital years they begin to make decisions that will affect them for the rest of their lives.  It is during these years when teens tend to look towards others to help them feel like they belong.  Youth Ministry Team focuses on helping teens grow in their relationship with God and one another. What does it mean to “follow” Jesus?

ZCC Kids

How much energy do you have?

In order to give our children the best Bible teaching possible, Zimmerman Community holds a children’s church service in conjunction with the main service. This special time gives kids more opportunity for interaction and learning in a context and manner that may be better suited to their age and learning styles. Our friendly children’s church volunteers have an endless stream of creativity–ranging from puppet shows, to games, to object lessons.

Making a child’s & parent’s initial experience at church a positive and safe one is our goal at ZCChurch. Children take their first steps toward their walk with Jesus through music and play.

Ushers, Greeters

Are you a “People Person” ?

The Greeter/Usher team are the face of ZCChurch. They are the first people you meet and often the ones you associate with the church. They are involved in ensuring the safety of the building during services, helping visitors, answering questions, providing direction, and generally ensuring that the service can proceed problem-free. All with a BIG smile!
